Returns & Exchanges
We want your shopping experience to be amazing so you will continue to come back to Uniquely Stated. However, due to the custom nature of most our products, returns are not available. Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. Please reach out to our team within 3 business days of receipt so we can work with you to resolve any of the following issues; damage, wrong item or missing items. If an exchange is authorized, you are responsible for shipping the item back to Uniquely Stated. Once the item is received, your exchange will be processed within 24 hours. In some instances, a store credit may be issued instead of an exchange, excluding shipping fees. Please contact mari@uniquelystated.com for further assistance.
Canceling Your Order
Sometimes, things happen and your may need to cancel your order. We understand, but this needs to be done within 4 hours of placing your order. Please contact mari@uniquelystated.com. After 4 hours, your sale is final and your order will be processed.
