Shipping policy
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. We will process your order within 2-5 days for in stock non-customized items. Personalized, custom or special orders will process within 7-14 days. Please email mari@uniquelystated.com if you need your items processed sooner. A rush service fee may be applied.
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Costs can vary depending on items purchased and where items are being sent to. Most shipments are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail. Some items may ship via UPS or FedEx as needed.
Please plan accordingly when selecting your shipping options. Times vary on delivery. Uniquely Stated is not responsible for shipping delays once item has been received by the carrier. Customer will be provided with shipping information when item is shipped, and will have the option to purchase insurance.
Local shoppers are welcome to pick up items at a designated time in a public location. Choose local pick up at checkout, and we will email you when your order is ready to pick up. Please note that pick up times are offered no more than three times per week, primarily in the evenings in south of the river location of the Twin Cities. Example: Lakeville, MN
